Cogent Building Consultancy LLP (“Cogent”) was established by several like-minded, experienced and motivated professionals to provide an environment for the delivery of best in class building surveying and project management advice.

Cogent was registered in November 2016 and commenced trading in March 2017. The business has an LLP structure and comprises Project Managers and Chartered Building Surveyors.

The Cogent team has grown successfully and progressively since inception in March of 2017. Our head office is near London Bridge in Central London and we have established an office in Birmingham. The diverse range of projects delivered by the Cogent team ranges from several hundred million to several thousand. Each are treated with the respect and attention they demand.

Solving property problems and providing professional advice often do not sit within a service ‘box’ and we intend to be flexible and bespoke in our approach to ensure the right advice is given.
