Cogent acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for a soft strip out and Category A refurbishment of levels 4 and 5 of 20 Air Street. The project included refurbishment of the reception and new end of trip facilities. An additional office floor was instructed part of the way through Phase 1 by the client team which required careful negotiation with the main contractor.
