Charlie joined Cogent as Partner in May 2017 having previously worked at a large multi-disciplinary practice for over 10 years.

He has extensive experience in professional and project related services, predominately focusing on the Central London office market for institutional investors and pension funds.

Charlie specialises Project Management / Employer’s Agent roles, delivering challenging ‘cut and carve’ development projects, as well as advising on large transactional purchases both for purchasers and vendors in the UK and Europe – as well as experience in the Asian market.

He is an APC Counsellor and has also acted as an APC Supervisor to support and guide trainee surveyors through the RICS qualification process.

Outside of work, much of Charlie’s time is busy looking after his young family and coaching at his local rugby club.
