Chris joined Cogent in August 2017 having previously worked at a multi-disciplinary practice in London since 2012.

Chris has experience across all core building surveying disciplines for a wide variety of clients, including institutional investors, pension funds and developers. His work is predominantly focused on providing Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent services. In his role as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, he has been involved with ‘cut and carve’ development projects involving extension and structural alterations, in order to reposition assets whilst improving their sustainability credentials.

Chris has a young family and lives in South East London. In his spare time he enjoys listening to all genres of music, watching sport and is Cogent BC FC’s centre back.
