Dan joined Cogent in June 2019 having worked in the industry for 6+ years.

Dan’s role at Cogent includes acting as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator on a range of commercial and industrial projects. He also specialises in Technical Due Diligence instructions, with experience on a wide variety of assets including a portfolio of hotels, a Biomass power plant and a 400,000 ft2 office building.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys watching football, having held a season ticket at Newcastle United before moving to London.
