Oliver joined Cogent in June 2018 having previously worked at a large multi-disciplinary practice for more than 7 years.

He has over 14 years’ experience across all core building surveying disciplines, for a wide variety of clients, including institutional investors and pension funds. Oliver has performed the role of Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on large scale new build construction projects in both the commercial office and logistics and distribution sectors, with Project Monitoring also undertaken in the residential sector. He has administered various medium / large office, warehouse and external work refurbishment projects and has also undertaken a wide range of professional services for clients, including technical due diligence and dilapidations instructions.

He is an APC Counsellor and has also acted as an APC Supervisor to support and guide trainee surveyors through the RICS qualification process.

Outside of work, he enjoys receiving abuse for being a (southern) Manchester United fan, creating new bunkers on the golf course and performing the role of Superstar DJ in his living room.
