Paul joined Cogent in September 2017. He has worked across all core building surveying disciplines over the last 20+ years with a particular focus on Project Management work.

He has gained extensive experience across the key commercial sectors, including retail / leisure / logistics and offices, acting as Project Manager / Employer’s Agent on a wide range of projects, from fast-track CAT A office fit out to new build retail parks.

Paul also specialises in providing technical due diligence and development monitoring advice across the UK, as well as working internationally. Paul has advised on numerous complex property transactions including some of the largest retail assets and portfolios in the UK.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys most sports but is a very keen boxing and rugby fan, loves watching all formats of cricket, and enjoys nothing more than spending a relaxing afternoon/evening cooking (and eating!) good food with friends and family.
