Richard joined Cogent as Partner in September 2023 having previously worked at a large multi-disciplinary practice.

He has a particular focus on professional consultancy service lines including technical due diligence, project monitoring and dilapidations. Richard has provided advice across all asset classes, including prestige office buildings, hotels, industrial, logistics and residential portfolios for investment clients, tenants and vendors.

He is an RICS APC Assessor and has acted as an APC Counsellor and Supervisor to support and guide trainee surveyors through the RICS qualification process.

Richard is a keen golfer, enjoys cooking and will take every opportunity to BBQ come rain or shine.
