Cogent were deployed to Germany in order to carry out technical due diligence in advance of the disposal of a large designer outlet shopping mall in Berlin. We co-ordinated a team of specilasts as well as local technical advisers to provide a full co-ordinated report. We were retained throughout the sale process to help answer and resolve technical questions to support the sale.
