Cogent were initially instructed to negotiate a claim for dilapidations on behalf of our client for their former office accommodation in advance of relocating to Chapter House. In parallel, we were instructed to monitor completion of the refurbishment of Chapter House owing to time sensitivities with the office move. We were subsequently appointed as Project Manager in connection with the Category B fit out of Chapter House in advance of our client taking occupation.
