Cogent were appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for a comprehensive refurbishment of 1-3 Royal Exchange Buildings.  The property is a Grade II listed mixed use building, constructed in the early 1900s, located in the City of London.

The brief included delivering five floors of high-quality CAT A+ office space, central plant replacement, refurbishment of the reception and creation of new end of trip facilities.
