Cogent acted as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant on this exciting project to revamp the well-known Skydome complex in the heart of Coventry and reposition it as a destination of choice for leisure, entertainment and food and beverage.

The project included new signage across the whole site to modernise the development’s branding, improvements to external and internal public realm spaces and the installation of canopies to rationalise the principal elevation.
