Cogent carried out a technical due diligence exercise in advance of our client acquiring three industrial units with a total floor area of 48,000 sq ft. We were retained to provide dilapidations advice and subsequently manage and administer a refurbishment contract, which included renewal of the external fabric of the units, installation of new MEPH services and comprehensive internal refurbishment to deliver a B+ EPC.
