Fortess Works, Fortess Grove, Kentish Town, London
Cogent were appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the conversion of two interlinked industrial units, formerly used as a car workshop, into modern office accommodation. The development works created 31,000 sq ft of high quality Category A office space in two distinct buildings, both over three storeys. The project required extensive structural modifications to the original industrial units as well as vertical extensions, all within a very constrained site in a residential area of Kentish Town.
