Cogent acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for a multi-phase refurbishment of this 110,000 sq ft retail park in Great Yarmouth. The works included forming new shop fronts and entrance features, new cladding, new roofs and various packages of shell works to meet specific tenant requirements as well as highway improvements. All of the works were undertaken within live trading environments.
