Cogent acted a Project Manager and Contract Administrator for a series of refurbishment project within the Zodiac Park Industrial Estate in West London. The works involved removal of tenant alterations, repairs to the external envelope of the units and internal refurbishment in advance of re-letting. We implemented EPC improvement works to secure minimum B rated EPCs for the units.
